About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts concerning banking regulation

For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating activities of banks of the second level, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning banking regulation to which changes and additions are made (further - the List).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since July 1, 2013.

Paragraphs of the hundred thirty fifth, hundred thirty sixth of Item 1, paragraphs of the forty sixth, forty seventh of item 4 of the List become effective since July 1, 2014.
