1. Approve "The list of types of heavy and easy mutilations" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

List of types of heavy and easy mutilations

I. Wounds, contusions, injuries and damages which entailed explicit anatomic changes and functional complications belong to heavy mutilations

They include:

- injuries of skull end-to-end, and also not followed by injury of brain; the opened and closed changes of the basis and the code of skull; the bruise of skull of average and heavy degree passing with sdavleniye and also without brain sdavleniye; epidural, subdural and subarachnoidal intracranial hemorrhages;
