About approval of standard form of the Partner agreement between some state bodies performing checking and control functions and subjects of entrepreneurship

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the eighth paragraph of Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the prevention of the invasions interfering development of entrepreneurship" of September 28, 2002 the No. 790 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Standard form of the Partner agreement between some state bodies performing checking and control functions, and subjects of entrepreneurship", approved with the Ministries of Economic Development, justices, finance and taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

2. Charge to the state bodies performing checking and control functions, provide transition to practice of the conclusion of Partner agreements with subjects of entrepreneurship according to the approved standard form and two times a year to report on the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic on the works performed in this area.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

"Соглашение") подготовлена в  целях  обеспечения  исполнения  восьмого
абзаца  пункта  10  Указа  Президента  Азербайджанской  Республики  "О
предупреждении вторжений, мешающих развитию предпринимательства" от 28
