1. Bring in the Collection of decisions and explanations on classification by the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (FEACN CU) of separate goods given in appendix to the order of FCS of Russia of March 1, 2012 by N 34-p "About classification by FEACN CU of separate goods" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 28.04.2012, рег. N 24001) (with the changes made by the order of FCS of Russia of September 7, 2012 N 208-p (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 24.10. 2012, рег. N 25717)), following changes:

a) add with Items 190, 191 and state them according to appendix to this order;

b) in Item 98 to replace the 7326 90 980 9 code with the 7326 90 980 8 code.

2. Chiefs of regional customs authorities and customs to provide bringing this order to data of all interested persons.

3. Control of execution of this order to assign to the secretary of state - the deputy manager of FCS of Russia T. N. Golendeeva.

This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

4407 FEACN CU

Planed forest product of goods item 4407 FEACN CU - the cut forest product which underwent preliminary transaction of drying to the humidity determined by the regulating document according to which forest product is received by the methods designated in the text of goods item 4407 FEACN CU at which one layer or both edges are in addition processed by planing at least.
