About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About migration" and recognition voided some legal acts of Turkmenistan

"Registration of entrance and departure through Frontier of Turkmenistan of foreign citizens, stateless persons is performed on posts of migratory control in check-points of Frontier of Turkmenistan with putting down of stamp about date of crossing of Frontier of Turkmenistan in passports or documents replacing them.".

3. Third of Article 13 to state part in the following edition:

"3. The foreign citizens, stateless persons which arrived to Turkmenistan through tourism are registered in the State committee of Turkmenistan on tourism.".
