About modification of some legislative to acts of Ukraine concerning reduction of the national legal system in compliance with standards of the Criminal convention on fight against corruption

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Articles 172-2 and 172-3 to exclude 1);

2) in Article 221, Article parts two 250, the paragraph the second, the paragraph "bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine (Article 164 (in the part concerning offenses in industry of economic activity, licenses for which carrying out are granted by this Service), Article 172-2-172-9, 195-5, 212-2 (except Item 9 parts one), 212-5 and 212-6)", the paragraph "bodies of the State Tax Service (Article 51-2, 155-1, 162-1, 162-2, 163-1163-4, 1631-2, 164, 164-5, 164-16, 166-16, 166-17, 172-2-172-9, 177-2)", the paragraph "governing bodies of Military service of law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (about the offenses made by military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists during passing of charges and also employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during execution of them service duties - Article 44, parts two and third Articles 123, to Article 172-2-172-9, 173, of 174, of 178, of 182, 184-1, 185 and 185-7)", Item 11 parts one of Article 255 and part two of article 268 of figure "172-2" to replace with figures "172-4".
