About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 09, 2005 No. 86/5

According to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the expert and qualification commissions and certification of court experts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 09, 2005 No. 86/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2005 for No. 882/11162 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 07, 2007 No. 1054/5), such changes:

1.1. In the Section IV:

third Item 4.9 to exclude the paragraph;

in Item 4.12:

the fourth to state the paragraph in such edition: "data on absence or availability of criminal record";

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth.

1.2. In the paragraph the second Item 5.16 of the Section V of the word "three years" shall be replaced with words "one year".

1.3. In line 10 of the Section ІІ appendices 4 and in line 1 of the Section I of appendix 5 to the Provision of the word "Research of Circumstances of Road and Transport Incident" shall be replaced with words "Research of circumstances and the mechanism of the road accidents".

2. To management of expert ensuring justice (Golovchenko L. M.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.
