To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation acceptance of necessary measures of effective use of gained net income on development of material and technical resources of "Kazakh Agrotechnical University of Saken Seyfullin." joint-stock company;
