b) the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of machines and the equipment" it is performed:

Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare concerning the machines and the equipment realized only for personal, the family, house and other not connected with implementation of business activity needs of consumers;
