About approval of the Procedure for information transfer which contains in system of the register of owners of personalized securities, in system of depositary accounting
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and in pursuance of the subitem 4 of Item 5 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring safety in system of depositary accounting of information on releases of issued personalized securities which were not transferred to undocumented form, and of owners of these securities the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve the Procedure for information transfer which contains in system of the register of owners of personalized securities, in system of depositary accounting which is applied.
2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for transfer of release of nominal shares of documentary form of existence in undocumented form of existence approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of June 30, 2000 No. 98, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 12, 2000 for No. 706/4927, which are applied.
