2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to perform preparation of materials for registration of Rules of joint stock company "Settlement center on servicing of agreements in the financial markets.

3. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of General department of information technologies and payment systems (Sinyavskaya N. B.), Legal department (Novikov V. V.) and Settlement center for use in work.
