1. Approve the Procedure of establishment and review of rates for transportation services, to distribution, supply of natural gas, pumping, storage and selection of natural gas which is applied.
2. To submit to management of price and tariff policy of oil and gas complex this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
