Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of the town-planning legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 998) the following amendments and changes:
1. Add the law with Article 1-1 of the following content:
"Article 1-1. System of executive bodies in the field of arkhitekturnostroitelny activities
Public administration in the field of architectural and construction activities is exercised of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Development of policy in the field of architectural and construction activities, and also control and supervision in the specified area are performed by the authorized state bodies determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Authorized state body on development and realization of policy in the field of architectural and construction activities - the executive body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform regulation of the relations in architectural and construction area.
Authorized state body on supervision and control in the field of architectural and construction activities - the executive body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform functions of architectural and construction supervision and control.".
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Competence of authorized state bodies
1. The authorized state body on development and realization of policy in the field of architectural and construction activities performs:
1) project development of regulatory legal acts in the field of arkhitekturnostroitelny activities;
2) the forecasting, design and regulation of system of resettlement determining placement of productive forces, forming of engineering, transport, social infrastructures taking into account ecological state of environment;
