About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About operational search activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About operational search activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 2, the Art. 79) the following amendments and changes:

1. Article 5 after the words "this Law" to add with the words "the international agreements which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. In Article 6:
