About some questions of specifying of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer in resolutions on cases on administrative offense
In the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases (VSSU) the address concerning problems of execution of judgments by the state contractors in case of absence in resolutions on the case of administrative offense of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and for the purpose of non-admission unequal is considered and/or misinterpretation of rules of law we report the following.

No. 935/0/1-12 of March 5, 2012) brought to permission of judges of local and Appeal Courts of Ukraine about need of inclusion in judgments on cases which concern corruption offenses, information on passport data, the birthplace and accommodation, birth date of persons concerning whom relevant decisions are decided, and also on cases on administrative corruption offenses, except the provided information, - registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer.
