About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 87, 2/882; 2006, No. 179, 2/1267; 2008, No. 119, 2/1432; 2009, No. 276, 2/1608; 2011, No. 65, 2/1823) following changes and amendments:

1. In Item 2 of Article 8:

state subitem 2.11-2 in the following edition:

"2.11-2. pledge of the registered right of real estate lease;";

exclude subitem 2.14.

2. To state subitem 3.5-2 of part one of Item 3 of Article 9 in the following edition:

"3.5-2. pledge of the registered right of real estate lease;".

3. Third Article 15 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"state bodies, other state organizations shall represent at the request of the organizations for state registration or registrars the data and documents necessary for implementation by the organizations for state registration of activities which are available for them in the field of state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it, to seven-day time from the date of receipt of such request.".

4. In item 4 of Article 16 of the word "three years" shall be replaced with words "five years".

5. To add Item 2 of Article 22 with part two of the following content:

"Maintaining registration books, registration cases, cadastral maps, magazines of registration of statements is performed in one of state languages of the Republic of Belarus.".
