For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors" of August 4, 1999 the No. 174 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Organize in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic the computerized national databank on drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, and also to persons participating in drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors including the patients with drug addiction.

2. Charge to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to establish the number of the employees required for the organization of national databank at the expense of the approved number of states of this ministry and to perform their financing within the funds allocated to the ministry in the government budget approved for 2000.
