Rules of carrying out customs control over the goods moved through customs border by means of the pipeline

1. General provision

1.1. These rules are prepared according to Article 293.6 of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Customs code) and determine rules of carrying out customs control over the goods moved through customs border by means of the pipeline.

2. Customs control over the goods moved through customs border by means of the pipeline and their customs clearance

2.1. The goods imported from customs area and imported on this territory by means of the pipeline move through customs border after submission of the customs declaration and release according to requirements of the chosen customs procedure.

2.2. When placing goods, moved through customs border by means of the pipeline, under the chosen customs procedure of their actual presentation to customs authorities it is not required.
