About some questions of development of export of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas by sea both modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of development of export supply of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas by sea the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. To the border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval), to the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the owner of maritime terminal of seaport Aktau on shipment of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas to take measures for approval of the technological scheme of the omission of the courts performing transportation of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the Rules of opening, functioning and closing of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2005 No. 1240 "About some questions of functioning of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Bring in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the following change and amendments:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 17.09.2013 No. 977

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2016 No. 901
