1. Allowances, payments for the professional category, for permanent job with codes, for care of dogs and their training, serving with dogs in security guard and patrol service, for care of horses and accessories - in horse and disciplinary parts, for work in sobering-up station, for razryadsotrudnikam-drivers, instead of daily issues on food - to persons whose work in connection with the site of service has traveling character, for leaving in the interim order after dismissal, for resignation from service, during disease, studies, leaves and other allowances, benefits, payments, the stipulated by the legislation republics are issued to the police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic depending on specifics of service.
1.1. The amount and rules of purpose of remuneration for continuous length of service, allowances, compensations, benefits and other payments issued to the police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to establish according to appendix No. 1 to this resolution.
1.2. To issue to the police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs food ration or the corresponding monetary compensation instead of food ration on the basis of the regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, and the prices established by the commission on control of wholesale prices for the food products released by the organizations financed from the government budget.
