RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of financial provision of the military personnel of National guard and faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the law-enforcement bodies included in structure of national personnel for participation in the international peace support operations and safety

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the sizes of the monthly monetary reward in foreign currency for accomplishment of service duties outside Ukraine to the military personnel of National guard and police officers included in structure of national personnel for participation in the international peace support operations and safety which contains at the expense of the government budget which are applied.

2. Determine that:

1) the monthly monetary reward in foreign currency to the military personnel of National guard and police officers included in structure of national personnel for participation in the international peace support operations and safety (further - remuneration), is charged from the date of crossing of frontier, including day of departure and day of arrival (except days of stay in leave, and also business trip in the territory of Ukraine);

2) and are directed to persons who during accomplishment of service duties got sick (were wounded, contusion and so forth) to treatment in the medical institutions placed outside Ukraine, remuneration is charged for the entire period of stay in such institutions;

3) financing of renumeration expenses, transportation and ensuring activities of the military personnel of National guard and faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the law-enforcement bodies included in structure of national personnel for participation in the international peace support operations and safety it is performed for the expenditure account of the government budget, provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for ensuring participation in the international peacekeeping transactions;
