2. To carry out by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation with participation of Market Council non-profit partnership till January 1, 2016 the analysis of the actual capital expenditure for construction of the generating objects functioning on the basis of renewable energy resources and to provide to the Government of the Russian Federation offers on limiting change of sizes of capital expenditure for construction of 1 kW of installed capacity of the generating object provided by the appendix N 4 to the Main directions of state policy in the field of increase in energy efficiency of power industry on the basis of use of renewable energy resources for the period till 2020, by years and by types of the generating objects functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources.
