About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585

1. Subitems 4.11-1 and 4.11-2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9328; 2011, No. 94, 5/34313) to state in the following edition:
"4.11-1. performs carrying out offset of debt of the legal entity (other obliged person) on budget advances, budget loans, percent on budget loans, the penalty fee added for untimely return of budget advances, budget loans, and also debts on the obligations which arose in case of execution of guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus by the Ministry of Finance, and to percent on the them, other obligations which are subject to payment in the budget, and monetary commitments of receivers of budgetary funds before this legal entity (other obliged person), including on means of the state trust budget funds;
4.11-2. establishes in coordination with the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection procedure for carrying out offset of taxes, charges (duties), other obligatory payments which are subject to payment by the payer (other obliged person) and monetary commitments of receivers of budgetary funds before this payer (other obliged person), including on means of the state trust budget funds;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
