1. Establish to the worker additional payment of work for each working hours at night within 20 percent of its hourly tariff charge (official pay rate), for each working hours in evening shift in case of the mode of multiple-shift work - within 20 percent of the hourly tariff charge (official pay rate) of the worker, and in night shift - within 40 percent.
2. At the companies, in the organizations and the organizations financed from the budget at night and in the mode of multiple-shift work to make additional payment for work in the limits set by this resolution, and for other companies, organizations and the organizatsiyena below the specified limit.
