About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the transactions connected with placement of bonds of internal state loans, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 18, 2003 No. 248, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 7, 2003 for No. 551/7872 (with changes), words and figures of "article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fonda of guaranteeing household deposits", the Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and "About the public internal debt of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity"".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 19.07.2018 No. 81.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 23, 1997 No. 247 "About approval of the Regulations on determination of regular interest rate for the deposit", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 27, 1997 for No. 346/2150;

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2004 No. 172 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination and forming of required reserves for banks of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 12, 2004 for No. 595/9194.
