About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 17, 1999 No. 260

1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 17, 1999 No. 260 "About approval of the Procedure for the conclusion of insurance contracts of ocean ships which are in state-owned property and is given by shipowners to the freight, lease, leasing", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 1999 for No. 386/3679, and figure "and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 1998 "About procedure for education and state registration of Aviation insurance bureau and Sea insurance bureau" to exclude No. 561.

2. Bring in the Procedure for the conclusion of insurance contracts of ocean ships which are in state-owned property and are transferred by shipowners to the freight, lease, the leasing approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 17, 1999 No. 260, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 1999 for No. 386/3679, such changes:

2.1. In Item 1:

word in paragraph one to "The ministry of transport of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine";

exclude paragraph two.

2.2. To exclude paragraph two of Item 3.

3. To department to ensure safety submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Korniyenko V. V.
