For the purpose of execution of the second paragraph of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval, entry into force of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the questions of legal regulation connected with it" of April 15, 1999 No. 122, in view of the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Forms and rules of salary payment to workers, regulations of work and assessment of work on agricultural enterprises in cases when they are not provided by charters, provisions of such companies or when rules of establishment and payment at the company of regulations of the salary are not accepted by a majority vote on general meeting of the company, are established on the basis of "Recommendations about standard rates of the salary of workers on the agricultural enterprises" attached to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
