1. Bring in Provision Item 9 on the Central expert checking commission of the Public archive agency of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of May 24, 2012 No. 779/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 25, 2012 for No. 833/21145, such changes:

1.1. To state paragraphs of the third or sixth in such edition:

"approval and representation on approval:

The chairman Ukrgosarkhiva of lists of the sources of forming of National Archive Fund prepared by the central and industry Public Records Offices;

The Minister of Justice of standard lists of document types with indication of terms of their storage;

approval and representation on approval of the Chairman Ukrgosarkhiva and statement of heads of state bodies of industry lists of document types with indication of terms of their storage, standard nomenclatures of cases;".

1.2. After the paragraph of the eighth to add with the new paragraph of such content:
