About modification of the Procedure for cancellation of the decision on state registration of the regulatory legal acts entered in the state register

According to Item 17 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, and considering requirements of the Standard instruction on clerical work in the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 No. 1242, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for cancellation of the decision on state registration of the regulatory legal acts entered in the state register approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 31, 2000 No. 32/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2000 for No. 458/4679 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To department of registration and systematization of regulations, right educational activities (Iron ore N. And.) provide state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Yemelyanova I. I.
