1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 to No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 for No. 282/20595 (with changes) who are applied.

2. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.), to chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide proper accomplishment of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister-chief of staff Sedov A. Yu.
