To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Science during preparation of offers concerning introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" and creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine the next years to provide means for participation in evaluating quality of education according to the international programs and the projects TIMSS, PІSA, PIRLS.
