Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 2006 No. 698 "About approval of the Procedure for return in 2012 of the non-interest budget advances allowed in 2005 to the companies and the organizations of the coal industry (except coal-mining) for debt repayment on salary payment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 21, Art. 1549; 2007, No. 30, Art. 1205; 2008, No. 41, Art. 1348; 2009, No. 35, Art. 1205; 2010, No. 60, Art. 2082; 2011, No. 35, Art. 1444; 2012, No. 39, Art. 1464) such changes:
in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word and figures "in 2012" to exclude;
according to the procedure, approved by the specified resolution:
in the name and Item 1 of the Procedure for the word and figures "in 2012" to exclude;
in Item 3 of the word and figures of "Item 8 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" shall be replaced with words "the law on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year";
in Item 5 of the word and figures "Item 43 of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" shall be replaced with words "the law on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year".
