Bring in the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in the special fund of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 246 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 20, Art. 824; 2012, No. 34, the Art. 1259, No. 39, the Art. 1477, No. 50, the Art. 1971, No. 61, the Art. 2473, No. 81, the Art. 3280), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in special fund of the government budget

1. The paragraph one of Item 3 to state in such edition:

"3. Use of budgetary funds is performed taking into account need of repayment of the budget accounts payable registered in bodies of Treasury.".

2. In the first offer of the paragraph of the sixth Item 6 of the word and figures "till December 1, 2012" shall be replaced with words also in figure "till December 1 of the current year".

3. In Item of the 12th figure and the word "2011" shall be replaced with words also in figures "December, 2012".
