About entering of amendment and change into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2008 No. 630

1. Bring in Rules of carrying out the state technical inspection of wheel tractors, trail cars to them, self-propelled machines and their admission to participation in traffic, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of April 30, 2008 No. 630 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 110, 5/27597), the following amendment and change:
1.1. add Item 12 with part two of the following content:
"The employee of territorial subdivision of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus takes part in carrying out the state technical inspection of the machines used in agricultural industry.";
1.2. state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. The state technical inspection of the machines recognized as defective can be carried out after elimination of defect or to other time established by the schedule or the official of inspection of Gostekhnadzor on the same day, at the same time the place, date and time of carrying out the state technical inspection of the machines used in agricultural industry are established in coordination with territorial subdivision of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
