I ORDER:
1. Strengthen customs control over movement of the goods prohibited to import/export on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic on all autotransitions, railway stations and the airports.
2. Make examination of all vehicles crossing customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic, regarding non-admission of import prohibited to import/commodity exportation.
The list of the goods prohibited to import/export is determined by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 347 of 11.06.97.
3. In exceptional cases, in the presence of good causes to believe that the physical person hides in case of itself the goods prohibited to import/export on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the decision of the chief of the customs post or person replacing it to make personal inspection of physical persons according to the Instruction about procedure for carrying out personal inspection of the physical persons following through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic, or being in the customs control zone or the transit area of the airport open for the international messages approved by the order GTI of March 23, 1998 No. 15-7/114, of provision of which it is strict to observe on all autotransitions, railway stations and the airports.
4. About all cases of attempts of illicit movement of the goods prohibited to import/export on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic without delay to inform Department of Internal Security of the State customs inspection under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To confer the personal responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of Internal Security of GTI under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (Omorov A.)
