For the purpose of reduction of remaining balance of products at tobacco fermentative factories of the Ministry of Agriculture, ensuring timeliness of realization of the made fermentizirovanny tobacco and increase in interest of producers to establish excise rate on the fermentizirovanny tobacco sent out of republic limits at the level of 5 percent.
