About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About fishery"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About fishery" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 6, the Art. 232) the following amendment:
Add Article 4 with part 3 following of content:
"The lake Issyk Kul is reservoir of the state value with the water area protected by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic where amateur and sports fishery, tourist activities, work of water transport, with prohibition on cultivation and incubation of iridescent trout and the predatory species of fish delivered from the outside are permitted.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
