Regulations on information bank on the personnel potential of youth

1. General provisions

1.1. This Provision establishes the mechanism of creation, forming of information bank about the personnel potential of youth (further Information Bank), rules of its enrichment, management and use.

1.2. Information Bank is informative information meeting about professional and perspective specialists who according to the procedure, established by the legislation can be appointed to higher positions for special knowledge and business capabilities, potential of development and results achieved by them in area in which they work (to positions).

1.3. Information Bank is created and controlled the Ministry of youth and sport of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the administrator of Information Bank) by means of the special software electronically.

1.4. Information on candidates for inclusion in Information Bank are represented by state bodies. The state companies which are large taxpayers also can according to the procedure, established by this Provision to join Information Bank.

1.5. The concepts used in this Provision have the following value:

1.5.1. accredited persons are persons entering data in Information Bank;

1.5.2. suppliers of information - persons providing transfer of necessary information in Information Bank by means of accredited persons;
