According to Article 93 of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The list of professions, positions on places of employment on which to workers the reduced working hours lasting not over 36 watch a week are established with the working conditions which are requiring the increased keenness, nervousness, intellectual, physical and nervous tension, and also having other factors which are negatively influencing human health with indication of the specific duration of working hours" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
