For the purpose of implementation of effective centralized service of blood and according to Articles 58 and 59 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Combine Republican scientific center of blood with the State company "Center of Blood" of Sughd area. The state unitary enterprise of the center of blood of Khatlon Region and the Regional center of blood No. 2 of the city of Kulob and to hereinafter refer to as Public institution "Republican scientific center of blood".

2. To public institution "Republican scientific center of blood" according to the procedure, established by the legislation to create the branches in the cities of Khujand, Bokhtar, Kulob, Khorog and the Rasht district.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve organization-legal issues of Public institution "Republican scientific center of blood" and to perform its activities within means and the operating work units of healthcare institutions.

4. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to take necessary measures for transfer in republican property of property of the companies and regional centers of blood.
