Chisinau, Prospekt Dachiya, 49/6) in the amount of 24500000 lei in number of 24500000 common nominal shares with nominal value 1 leu with the state registration number MD14AVTE1003 at the expense of money.

   1.2 Reduction of the authorized capital:

   - SEMINTE joint-stock company (IDNO 1003600003188; мун. Chisinau, Federation Council st. George, 3) on 92465 lei by cancellation of 18493 treasury shares.
