Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 2005 N 94-FZ "About placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 30, Art. 3105; 2006, N 31, Art. 3441; 2007, N 17, Art. 1929; N 31, of Art. 4015; N 46, of Art. 5553; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2009, N 1, Art. 16; N 19, of Art. 2283; N 29, of Art. 3601; N 48, of the Art. 5711, 5723; 2010, N 19, Art. 2291; N 31, of Art. 4209; 2011, N 15, Art. 2029; N 17, of Art. 2320; N 29, of Art. 4291; N 48, of the Art. 6727, 6728; 2012, N 30, Art. 4173; 2013, N 14, Art. 1652) following changes:

1) in Article 9:

a) state part 8 in the following edition:

"8. Contract cancelation is allowed by agreement of the parties, by a court decision or in connection with unilateral refusal of the contract party from execution of the contract according to the civil legislation.";

b) part 8.1 after words of "obligations under such contract" to add with words ", except as specified, provided by part 8.3 of this Article,";

c) add with part 8.3 following of content:

"8.3. In case of contract cancelation in connection with unilateral refusal of the customer from execution of the contract according to article 19.2 of this Federal Law the customer has the right to place the purchase order of goods, performance of works, rendering the services which were subject of the terminated contract according to part 6.1 of article 42 of this Federal Law.";

d) add with part 8.4 following of content:
