About introduction of amendments to articles 29 and 191 of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 30, Art. 3012; 2010, N 31, Art. 4197; 2012, N 53, Art. 7642) following changes:

Item 1.1 of part 1 of Article 29 to add 1) with words "if consideration of such cases according to the Federal Law is referred to competence of Arbitration Court";

2) Article 191 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. Cases on contest of regulatory legal acts are considered in Arbitration Court if their consideration according to the Federal Law is referred to competence of Arbitration Court.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
