About settlement of luggage transport and hand luggage on the vehicles participating in the international passenger traffic
For the purpose of settlement of transportation of the baggages belonging to passengers and hand luggage on the vehicles participating in the international passenger traffic and crossing frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic, safety of passengers of these vehicles, decides strengthenings of customs control on the vehicles performing the international passenger traffic, and ensuring its efficiency the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
1. Belonging to passengers of baggage and hand luggage on the vehicles participating in the international passenger traffic to perform transportation in the luggage carriers provided by documents of factory release on these vehicles according to load-carrying capacity regulations.
2. Not allow transportation of unaccompanied baggage and loads on the vehicles participating in the international passenger traffic and to carry out transportation of the unaccompanied baggages and loads belonging to physical persons according to requirements of the international freight transportation.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2003.
