About modification of User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment

1. Bring in Chapter 4 of the Section ІV of User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of July 25, 2006 No. 258, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2006 for No. 1143/13017 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of February 13, 2012 No. 91), such changes:

1.1. Items 4. 4.12 to exclude 11,.

With respect thereto items 4. 4.14 to consider 13, respectively by items 4. 11, 4.12.

1.2. In Item 4.12 of the word and figures "technical inspection of electroinstallation according to Item 4.12 of this Chapter and" to exclude.

2. To the director of the department of power industry (Low-flow S. Ya.) in the procedure established by the legislation to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
