About modification and amendments in the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2012 No. 380 "About approval of Rules of transfer of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption" and of March 30, 2012 No. 386 "About approval of Rules of accounting of persons wishing to adopt children"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2012 No. 380 "About approval of Rules of transfer of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 521):

in Rules of transfer of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on adoption, approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The relatives who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and persons interested to adopt children, give to body for the location of the child:

1) the written application about desire to adopt the child;

2) copy of the identity document;

3) written consent of close relatives to adoption of the child;

4) certificates of the size of comprehensive income;

5) marriage search certificates;

6) health declarations of citizens and close relatives, including mental, lack of drug (toxic), alcoholic addiction;

7) certificates of lack of criminal record;

8) the copy of the document confirming the property right to the dwelling or right to use by the dwelling.";
