In the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 45/5 of 16.10.2009 "About approval of form and content of the specialized reporting of insurance and/or reinsurance intermediaries" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 197-200, of the Art. 877) to make the following additions:

   1) in appendix 1 in heading 3 Registers of subagents, salaried employees which function is mediation, and broker assistants to the insurance and/or reinsurance intermediary after the words "IDNO Code" to add with words "/the IDNP Code";
