Article 1

The eighteenth Article 1 of the word "prevention of drug addiction" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "prevention of illegal consumption of drugs and psychotropic substances, drug addiction";

2) in Article 4:

a) Item 1 after the words "establishment of strict control of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors" to add with the words "early identification of illegal consumption of drugs and psychotropic substances";

b) in Item 2:

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"priority of measures for prevention of illegal consumption of drugs and psychotropic substances, drug addiction, prevention of the offenses connected with illicit trafficking in drugs and psychotropic substances, especially among children and youth and also stimulation of the activities directed to counter-narcotics promotion;";
