About introduction of amendments to article 131 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in part the second Article 131 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4921; 2006, No. 10, Art. 1070; 2010, No. 11, Art. 1169) following changes:

Item 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) the amounts spent for storage, transfer and transportation (transportation) of physical evidences, and also for transportation (transportation) of corpses and their parts;";

Article 2

Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with execution of Item 6 parts two of Article 131 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (in edition of this Federal Law), is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided by the federal budget for the corresponding year, within funds, to the allocated state bodies given authority on production of inquiry and pretrial investigation, and also funds for content of courts of law.
