Article 37 to add 1) with Item 10 of the following content:
"10. Requirements to equipment of aircrafts the technical means and the equipment providing availability of aircrafts to passengers from among disabled people and other persons with life activity restrictions, and terms of such equipment are established by authorized body in the field of civil aviation in coordination with the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of work and social protection of the population.";
2) paragraph one of Item 1.1 of article 53 after words "aviation rules," to add with words "the passengers including requirements to training of aviation personnel of civil aviation for servicing from among disabled people and other persons with restrictions of life activity and use of the technical means and the equipment specified in Item 10 of article 37 of this Code";
Article 54 to add 3) with Items 7 - 9 following contents:
"7. Terms and frequency of training of aviation personnel of civil aviation for servicing of passengers from among disabled people and other persons with restrictions of life activity and use of the technical means and the equipment specified in Item 10 of article 37 of this Code are established by authorized body in the field of civil aviation.
